The Challenge
Interfilm was hired to film the Viking history and Kronborg Castle - Shakespeare's Elsinore - for National Geographic Channel. The production explored the fortress's 600-year history, its role in Scandinavian power struggles, and its Viking heritage.
Filming at a UNESCO World Heritage Site required permits and careful planning to capture the castle's imposing architecture and surrounding waters.
The Solution
Pre-Production: Historical research and coordination with Kronborg Castle management and heritage authorities for filming access.
Production: Interfilm provided full cinematography - from atmospheric interior shots of the castle's casemates and great halls to dramatic drone footage of the fortress overlooking the Øresund strait.
