The Challenge
Interfilm was commissioned to film the rapeseed oil production on the island of Bornholm for National Geographic Channel. The story followed the entire journey from golden fields to artisanal cold-pressed oil - a local specialty of the island.
The production had to capture both the agricultural landscape and the craft behind the product.
The Solution
Pre-Production: Timing the shoot to coincide with the rapeseed bloom and harvest season, and coordinating access with local producers.
Production: Interfilm provided cinematography covering the full production chain - fields in bloom, harvesting, pressing, and bottling - plus sweeping drone shots of Bornholm's landscape.
