What is event photography
Event photography is the documentary record of a live moment — the keynote, the activation, the room reading the speaker, the brand assets in context. It's what your PR team posts that night, what the agency embeds in the recap deck, and what your sponsor sees as proof the spend landed. Interfilm Productions has covered Porsche Copenhagen 2024, Eurovision Song Contest 2023, the Tall Ships Race, Park Lane Hotel events, and a long line of municipal and corporate gatherings across Denmark. We staff events properly: one photographer for an intimate twenty-person executive dinner, two for a mid-size launch, three to four for a five-hundred-plus conference or a multi-stage festival. We're equally comfortable with stage lighting at a Bella Center keynote and golden-hour activations on Christianshavn. Our crews are based in Copenhagen and Aalborg, work in Danish and English, and are used to the rhythm of Danish event culture — kommunal events, brand activations, hospitality openings, conference circuits. When the brief calls for both ground and aerial coverage we add a licensed drone operator from the same team, so the deliverables come back colour-matched and edited as one set.

Our Event Photography Process
Same-day edits as standard. Full gallery inside the working week.
Brief
We map the run-of-show against your shot list — keynote, sponsor moments, VIPs, brand activations, candids. We agree call times, crew size, and what needs to be on social by the end of the night.
Pre-production
Venue walk-through where possible, low-light tests, accreditation handled with the organiser, and a backup photographer briefed in case the schedule slips by an hour.
Shoot
One to four photographers depending on scale, dressed for the event, working off the run-of-show. We're shooting and culling in parallel so the first edits are ready before the venue empties.
Selection
A curated set of fifteen to thirty same-night highlights goes to the press team within hours. Within twenty-four hours, the full proof gallery is in your inbox.
Delivery
Edited and colour-graded final gallery — typically two hundred to five hundred images depending on event length — delivered inside the working week, organised by event segment.
