Yes. All our drone pilots hold valid EU drone operator licenses under EASA regulations and are registered with the Danish Civil Aviation Authority (Trafik-, Bygge- og Boligstyrelsen). We operate legally in both Open and Specific categories — fully insured and compliant on every job.

What drones and cameras do you use?

We fly professional-grade drones including DJI Inspire 3, Mavic 3 Cine, and Autel Evo II Pro, capable of filming in 6K RAW or 4K LOG. For high-end productions we can also rig cinema cameras such as the Sony FX3 onto heavy-lift platforms.

Can you film in restricted airspace or city centres?

Yes. We handle all airspace authorizations through Naviair and obtain permits from local authorities. We have extensive experience flying in Copenhagen city centre, over live events, and in controlled zones across Denmark and 13 other countries.

What weather conditions prevent drone flying?

Accepted Answer

We cannot fly safely in winds above approximately 10 m/s (Beaufort 5), heavy rain, fog, or poor visibility. We always monitor forecasts closely and reschedule if conditions are unsafe. Light overcast is often ideal — it gives even, cinematic light without harsh shadows.

Can you fly drones indoors?

Yes, with the right equipment. We use lightweight, GPS-independent drones for indoor shoots — warehouses, sports arenas, and production halls. We always assess each space in advance for safety clearance and optimal flight paths.

How long does a drone shoot take?

Accepted Answer

A standard location shoot takes 2–4 hours on site. Larger projects such as industrial inspections or multi-location productions may take a full day or more. Post-production editing and colour grading typically adds 1–2 business days.

Do I need a permit to film drones at my location?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the location. Open countryside and most private land require no permit beyond standard drone registration. Urban areas, near airports, or above crowds require airspace authorization — which we handle entirely on your behalf. We have never missed a shoot date due to permit issues.

What video quality and resolution do you deliver?

We deliver 4K UHD as standard, with 6K RAW available for broadcast and cinema projects. All footage is colour-graded in DaVinci Resolve and delivered in your preferred format — ProRes, H.264, H.265, or DPX for broadcast.

Can you combine drone footage with ground-level filming on the same day?

Absolutely. Most of our productions combine aerial drone and ground crew filming simultaneously. We bring a full production team — FX6 camera operators, sound engineers, and directors — so drone footage integrates seamlessly into the wider film.
